4-Way Speech Contest

We held our first annual 4-Way Speech Contest on 3-14-2012. Three students from PVHS spoke about ethical dilemmas and applied Rotary's 4-Way Test the issues. The winner of our contest, Wendy, participated in the Regional Finals in Boyertown on 3-28, where she finished second runner-up.
