Robert F. Prachar, Jr., is the Founder and President of SPRINGER Leadership, LLC, an advisory practice that provides strategic planning, leadership team development and social impact support to growth companies. Clients range from the start-up phase to the Fortune 500 and include not-for-profit entities. Bob is a 25 year veteran of the life sciences industry and has held executive positions withboth established and venture companies across corporate strategy, marketing, sales, business development, financial planning and government policy.

Bob received an MBA from the Wharton School and a BBA in Finance and Economics from James Madison University. At JMU, he played Division I Soccer.

He currently lives in Wayne, PA with his wife, Kristen, daughters Madeline and Grace, and their
Springer Spaniels, Lena and Barnes. He’s actively involved in the community as an eight-year
Board member for Peter’s Place, a non-profit supporting the bereavement needs of children and
adults. He’s an avid soccer fan, coaching elite travel soccer for 12 years and holding the National
E License. He also enjoys backpacking, wilderness survival training, mountain biking, and
triathlons. He’s currently in the instructor certification program for the Philadelphia Outward
Bound School.
