Planning is officially underway for the Collegeville Area Rotary Halloween Fest 2026, and this year’s focus is clear: elevate the experience, strengthen community partnerships, and increase scholarship funding.
The Halloween Fest is more than a parade — it is our signature community celebration and one of our largest fundraising initiatives supporting local students and service projects. Hundreds of families participate each year, and 2026 will build on that success with enhanced structure, expanded sponsor visibility, and greater community engagement.
To bring this vision to life, we are building our committee team and inviting members to step forward in leadership and support roles.
We are seeking Rotarians who are willing to:
• Lead a subcommittee
• Help secure sponsors and vendors
• Assist with marketing and social media
• Coordinate volunteer scheduling
• Support logistics and event night operations
Whether your strength is strategic planning, business outreach, creative marketing, or hands-on coordination, there is a meaningful role for you.
