Collegeville Area Rotary CARES

As President of Collegeville Area Rotary, I often reflect on what makes our club so special. While our projects, events, and programs each make a meaningful impact, they are all rooted in one simple but powerful truth: our members genuinely care. 

That spirit inspired a new way of expressing who we are and what we stand for: Collegeville Area Rotary Engaged in Service

More than just an acronym, CARES captures the heart of our mission and the commitment that unites us as Rotarians.

Every scholarship we award, every student we encourage, every community event we organize, and every partnership we support begins with a desire to make a positive difference.

Throughout the year, our members demonstrate this commitment in many ways. We support youth leadership opportunities such as RYLA, provide scholarships to deserving students for Camp Neidig, partner with local organizations, and host signature events like the Collegeville Rotary Halloween Fest. We also participate in Rotary’s global initiatives, building friendships and serving communities far beyond our local area.

The word CARES represents a promise to our community. It reflects our belief that service starts with compassion and becomes meaningful through action. Rotary’s motto, Service Above Self, is more than a phrase—it is a principle our members live every day.

As we continue to grow and expand our impact, I hope this message resonates not only with our members but with everyone in the communities we serve.
