There's never been a more exciting time to be apart of Collegeville Rotary.

We’re excited to announce that a new meeting schedule has been adopted! This update is designed to make our meetings more accessible, engaging, and efficient while strengthening our club’s impact in the community.  The new schedule will begin after the February 12th In-person meeting at Ursinus College.

New Meeting Schedule – Effective February 14, 2025

2nd Wednesday of the MonthZoom Meeting

  • A virtual gathering featuring club updates, guest speakers, and key discussions.
  • Zoom details will be sent in the email reservation confirmation that you will receive when you RSVP for the meeting.
  • No need to travel—join from anywhere!
4th Wednesday of the MonthIn-Person Mixer at The Library
  • A great opportunity for networking, membership growth, and community engagement.
  • Members are encouraged to bring guests and connect with local leaders.
  • We will have donation cards available to support initiatives like "Feed a Family" and "Sponsor a Camp Neidig Student."
5th Wednesday of the MonthMember Social
  • A relaxed setting for members to enjoy fellowship and strengthen connections.
  • Chow Bistro will be the venue for April 30th. There will not be a social event in October as it is the same day as the Collegeville Rotary Halloween Parade.

Additional Updates

  • Members will no longer be responsible for scheduling guest speakers. Instead, members are asked to submit suggestions for speakers with contact information, and the Club Secretary will handle scheduling for the 2nd Wednesday meetings.
  • 4th Wednesday Mixer: We will have a Rotary Ambassador to welcome attendees and facilitate connections. Please look for more information on this program soon from Jay Browning.
  • RSVP for meetings, mixers and socials: We ask that you RSVP your attendance via the Events Calendar. Should anyone need a tutorial on how to make a reservation please email the Club Secretary and the document will be sent to you.

We believe this new format will enhance participation, simplify logistics, and create more opportunities for engagement. Thank you for your support in making this transition a success!

Looking forward to seeing you at our next meeting!

Brenda L. Browning
