Register for Dedicate A Flag

Each flag dedication is a separate tribute. Please purchase one dedication for each person you wish to honor or remember.

When completing your registration, please list each person being recognized as an individual attendee (not the buyer) and enter their name as you would like it to appear for the Salute to Service dedication.

You may also include a personal message of up to 300 characters with each dedication to share a few words about the individual, their service, or what their dedication means to you.

Each dedication includes an American flag displayed during Salute to Service and a commemorative medallion for the purchaser following the event.

Payment & Confirmation

After submitting your flag dedication reservation, you will receive an invoice from Collegeville Rotary Foundation with payment instructions. Payment may be made by credit card or check, as outlined on the invoice.

Please note: Your flag dedication is not confirmed until payment has been received. All invoices must be paid prior to confirmation of your reservation.
