Collegeville Rotary is proud to sponsor Coffee with a Cop event in Collegeville
Hosted at Ursinus College in collaboration with Chief John J Barnshaw, Collegeville Borough Police Department
This event will take place on Wednesday, April 2nd, from 9 AM to 11 AM at Schellhase Commons, the newly established building on East Main Street near Fifth Avenue.
This initiative, with the support of Joe Nemic, Ursinus College's new Campus Safety Director, aims to foster open communication between community members and law enforcement in a relaxed, friendly environment. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with Collegeville Borough Police officers, ask questions, and engage in meaningful conversations while enjoying a cup of coffee. In addition, the Collegeville Borough Police Department will also participate in another Coffee with a Cop event at Liberty Thrift, on March 29th from 10AM - 12PM.
Also, mark your calendars for Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, April 26th from 10AM - 2PM, where the police department will be collecting expired or unused medications for proper disposal. A medication drop box is also available at the station for year-round use.
