The District Changeover is a cherished annual tradition where Rotarians gather to honor outgoing leadership and welcome the incoming District Governor and team. This year’s event holds special significance as our very own Mary Cook, a dedicated Rotarian and past president of Collegeville Rotary, will be installed as the new District Governor of Rotary District 7430.
