Collegeville Rotary is preparing for an exciting and impactful 2025–2026 Rotary year, filled with meaningful connections, engaging speakers, and vibrant community events. As we finalize our meeting calendar, we're excited to share what's ahead for our members and the broader community.
OUR MEETINGS
Our monthly meetings will follow a hybrid format this year to offer flexibility and connection year-round. We’ll meet virtually during August, September, January, February, and April—ideal for the colder or busier months when logging in from home is most convenient. In-person meetings will return in October, November, December, March, May, and June, hosted at local venues to be announced in August. Each meeting will feature time for fellowship, a guest speaker, and a formal business portion where we’ll discuss club updates, initiatives, and service opportunities.
Thanks to the enthusiastic feedback and strong turnout, our Rotary Connect Mixers are now becoming a regular tradition. Held on the fourth Wednesday of each month, these casual gatherings will rotate between venues across our service area, including Collegeville, Trappe, Evansburg, Oaks, Eagleville, Royersford, Audubon, Jeffersonville, and Trooper. The full schedule and locations will be shared soon, but we’re thrilled to continue offering these informal spaces for connection and community-building. Another exciting addition to our calendar is the continued success of Rotary Means Business: Tri-County. This growing networking initiative brings Rotarians and local professionals together once a month for either a breakfast or lunch meeting. It’s a valuable opportunity to strengthen business relationships while reinforcing Rotary’s values of service and ethical leadership.
To help us plan effectively, we kindly ask all to RSVP for every meeting and mixer—whether you're able to attend or not. Your responses help us manage logistics, support our hosts, and communicate clearly with our partners.
UPCOMING
Looking ahead, Collegeville Rotary remains deeply committed to community service. On Monday, August 18, we’ll participate in Strike Out Hunger at Citizens Bank Park—a fun evening of baseball and fellowship with the Phillies that supports regional food security efforts. Tickets are available now at Phillies.com/RotarySOH using code D7430-5422 in the “Enter Offer Code” section. We’re also preparing to support Daily Bread Community Food Pantry as they transition into their new location. Volunteer opportunities will be shared once details are finalized.
And of course, our biggest celebration of the fall is on the horizon: the Collegeville Rotary Halloween Fest. What began as a small-town parade has grown into a full-scale festival with children's activities, food trucks, seasonal drinks, and a lively post-parade celebration. This beloved tradition brings together families and community members of all ages, and this year promises to be even more festive.
MEMBERSHIP
As we embark on this Rotary year, membership remains a central focus. We encourage each of you to help us grow by inviting someone new—whether it’s a prospective member, a guest to a mixer, or a friend who may benefit from the fellowship and impact of Rotary.
