What Are Rotary Intercountry Committees?
Rotary Intercountry Committees (ICC) are one of Rotary’s most effective ways to promote peace, friendship, and cooperation across borders. Established in 1950 following World War II, the first ICC was created between France and Germany to foster reconciliation and understanding.
Today, ICCs connect Rotarians and Rotaractors from countries around the world to:

- Develop international service projects
- Advance Rotary’s mission of promoting peace
