Help Make a Difference at the 2026 Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy Stream Clean-Up
Looking for a meaningful way to give back this spring? The 2026 Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy Stream Clean-Up is a wonderful opportunity to roll up your sleeves, spend time outdoors, and help protect the natural beauty of our local communities.
Each year, volunteers come together for what has become the largest single-day litter clean-up in Pennsylvania, helping to remove trash and debris from streams, parks, trails, and open spaces throughout the watershed. With more than 200 clean-up sites available, it’s easy to find a location that works for you, your family, your coworkers, or your organization.
This annual effort plays an important role in preserving the health of our waterways and surrounding environment while also reminding us of the power of community action. Whether you’re participating for the first time or returning as a longtime volunteer, every bag of litter collected makes a difference.
What to Bring
Volunteers will be provided with gloves, trash bags, and safety vests if needed. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes that can get wet or dirty. If you have them, rain boots or waders are recommended, especially for streamside areas.
Join the Effort
This is a simple but impactful way to care for the places we all enjoy and share. Whether you gather a group or come on your own, your time and effort will help keep the Perkiomen Watershed cleaner, healthier, and more beautiful for everyone.
