On June 30, 1949, a group of dedicated community leaders came together with a shared vision of service, fellowship, and making a positive difference in the Collegeville area. Seventy-seven years later, that vision continues to guide Collegeville Area Rotary.
While our projects, members, and communities have evolved over the decades, our commitment to Service Above Self has remained constant. Every scholarship awarded, community project completed, fundraiser organized, and volunteer hour contributed is part of a legacy built by generations of Rotarians who believed that working together can create lasting change.
As we begin our 77th year, we also have an opportunity to write the next chapter in our club's history. The future of Collegeville Area Rotary will be shaped by the ideas we share, the members we welcome, the partnerships we build, and the service we provide throughout our community.
This year, each of us can help make our club even stronger by:
- Inviting a prospective member to a meeting.
- Participating in a service project or fundraiser.
- Sharing new ideas and fresh perspectives.
- Mentoring and encouraging fellow members.
- Continuing Rotary's tradition of fellowship and service.
The strength of Collegeville Area Rotary has never been found in any one event or individual - it has always been found in members working together toward a common purpose.
