The Collegeville Rotary Halloween Fest will be here before we know it!
Wednesday, October 29th, and we need your support to bring it all together
This is truly a community-wide event, and with your help, it will be a night to remember!
Here’s how you can pitch in:
Supplies – We’re setting up 4 themed Selfie/Photo Stations (2 fall, 2 Halloween). If you have decorations, props, or straw, pumpkins to share, they’d be put to great use. We also need about 20 chairs for the Community Band’s performance in Community Park.
Performers – Spread the word that performers of all kinds are welcome. Everyone is invited—they just need to sign up!
Vendors & Non-Profits – Do you know a business or organization that would enjoy setting up a table at the Fest Marketplace? Share their name with us and we’ll reach out.
Volunteers – We’ll need extra hands to help with set-up, guiding vendors and performers, assisting with activities, and clean-up at the end of the night.
McEE - We've got the sound system just need a energetic and engaging person to McEE
