As we step into the new Rotary year, Collegeville Rotary is implementing a refreshed meeting structure designed to make the most of our time together—balancing fellowship, learning, and club business in a streamlined and engaging way.
Beginning this year, our meetings will follow a consistent format:
Welcome and 4-Way Test
We’ll open each meeting with a warm welcome and recitation of the Rotary 4-Way Test—grounding us in Rotary’s values and purpose.
Guest Speaker Segment
Next, we’ll shift into the featured speaker portion of the meeting. A brief introduction will be followed by the speaker’s presentation, offering members the opportunity to learn from local leaders, subject matter experts, and inspiring voices in our community. After the presentation, the speaker will depart.
Club Business and Updates
With the speaker portion complete, we’ll transition into formal club business. This time will be used to share updates, discuss initiatives, plan upcoming events, and explore new ways we can serve our community and strengthen our club.
This structure is designed to respect your time while maximizing the value of each meeting. Whether attending virtually or in person, members can expect a well-paced agenda that prioritizes connection, purpose, and impact.
We’re looking forward to seeing this new format in action and welcome your feedback as we move forward.
